MEMBERSHIP
Membership in our Association is open to all former
crew members, Marine Detachment, embarked staffs, and those who served aboard in an official capacity
of 30 days or more such as: Midshipmen, observers, etc. To be an active member in the USS TOLEDO
CA-133 Association, and be eligible to receive the Association newsletter, SEA BLADE II, published
in May and November of each year, requires an annual payment of dues in the amount of $10.00 or a single
one time payment of $100.00 for Lifetime Membership.
Please make check or money order payable to USS TOLEDO CA-133 Association. The membership year is
from January 1st to December 31st, each year. Dues received after November 1st for new members,
will be credited to the following year. New members paying $15.00 after June 30th will receive
credit for two years, the current year and following year membership. Many members took the
opportunity to pay their dues at the last reunion for two years. We will add this to our
reunion signup sheet in the future and hope even those who don't sign up for the reunion
will renew their memberships at this time.
The application form below may be copied and passed on to shipmates who are not members. It may also be
used for the purpose of submitting changes of address and of course, for renewing membership for
the Association year.
It would be a pleasure to welcome you aboard our organization and have you share in the renewed
friendships and camaraderie that have contributed to the success of our Association. We ask of
you, please keep your dues current and be a contributor to the success of our Association.
